the check meets the following four requirements:
The mailing envelope containing the check must be postmarked on September 10, 2026.
The check must be mailed directly to e3 Partners’ Plano office at 2001 W. Plano Parkway, Suite 2600, Plano, TX 75075.
Checks must be received in the Plano office by September 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. CDT to be counted for the bonus pool.
There must be a note on the memo line of the check referencing "e3 Giving Day" and please include "Donation ID FUN158001". The Donation ID helps to make sure the giving day support goes to us as a family on Mission.
Please download this Donation Form and included it on a separate piece of paper in the envelope with the check.
*(if you give by check add "giving day" and our family's Donation ID "FUN158001" to the memo line of the check please )
This makes sure the donation goes to our family on mission specifically.
